TUESDAY, June 30 Take a Democratic "Coffee Break" with friends.  Join us between 11:00a-noon for a coffee break! General sharing of information and updates.  We may be joined by candidates and/or staff. If you've attended before, the Zoom mtg login is the same. Join a bit early if this is your first Zoom experience.  And bring your favorite cuppa’.

WEDNESDAY, July 1 NCW Democrats General Meeting, 6:45p/"Get comfy with Zoom", 7:00p/Meeting. Join a monthly meeting of the central committee members (PCOs) and elected leadership for the Democrats of Chelan and Douglas counties. Generally occurs on the first Wednesday of each month, currently via Zoom.  *During the time of COVID-19 social distancing - meetings will take place in virtual space. CALENDAR OF OTHER EVENTS

Given the need for safety via social distancing, we’re reviewing alternatives for holding regularly scheduled summer and fall events.  These include the July 19 picnic, Aug 14 ice-cream social, Sept 19 Chelan-Douglas Democratic Dinner, and the Nov 3 Election Night Party.  Both county fairs have been cancelled, as have our scheduled hosting of the Nason Creek Rest Stop.  Stay tuned for updates. 

Instead of planning events and auctions, we are pouring all of our time and energies into contacting voters.  Since there will be no door-knocking, we’re using phone calls, texts, and written postcards.  Please dedicate a few hours to help with this VERY IMPORTANT work.

Volunteer PCOs and others are building teams in every one of the 137 precincts in our two counties. Their goals: help elect Democrats up and down the ballot and find every Democrat and make sure they vote -- first in the August 4 primary election, then on November 3, 2020, when we'll celebrate a BLUE LETTER DAY for our country and the world.

SIGNS: We now have signs for Schrier, Biden, and Moore.  Come to NCWDem HQ for signs, if you live in the Greater Wenatchee area.  Check with us if you live in Mansfield, Coulee Dam, Waterville, Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, Entiat, or Chelan.  We now have people in outlying communities who are our “sign depots,” willing to distribute campaign signs to people nearby.

A very brief word about finances.  We hope each of you will consider making a one-time or recurrent contribution to help us pay the rent and keep the lights on at our office, buy campaign signs and swag, and to print and stamp several mailings to the many people whose doors we can’t knock on this year.  If stopping by the office, cash or checks (payable to “NCW Democrats”) are welcome, or use the ActBlue links below.
