Join with friends to watch the FIRST Presidential Primary Debates on June 26 and/or June 27!, Watch parties will be held at Bob’s Burgers & Brew in E Wen, Gustav’s in Leavenworth, and ***NEW***at the Haggerty home in Chelan/Manson (509-881-4435). SignUP here to help us take a count of how many people to expect. We’ll be set up by 5p. Come anytime during the evening. Please plan to order dinner to support the businesses! IF you can’t attend one of the Candidate Debate activities at these locations, consider rounding up a few friends at someone’s home and begin the analysis process. NEWS & UPDATES: Local elections, candidates, Dem support links: Democrats throughout Chelan and Douglas counties have stepped up to run for local non-partisan offices in order to serve our community. Call or email us for suggestions about how to help them win their elections. Donate to them, offer to help them contact voters. Let them know you support and appreciate them. PCO/Precinct volunteer Kickstart Campaign and orientations: Many Democrats have received invitations and joined our “Kickstart Campaign” to begin grassroots team-building work for 2020. Coulee Dam Democrats met for training last weekend – thank you! Groups all over our counties are preparing to do the work to take our country back. You’re interested? Watch for updates. Also, breaking news today: Mr Mueller will testify before two committees of Congress on 7/17! Immigration, Immigrants, and the 2020 Census: We’re working with numerous local and statewide organizations who are collaborating to educate the public about immigration issues, prepare for upcoming elections and beyond, support new citizens—and old. Watch for a vigil on behalf of kids and families on 7/12.

“Think & Drink” the inaugural event – Thank you to Aaron Woodward, Kelly Delong, and Ed Martinez for organizing the first gathering on 6/20 at Riverside Pub. There was a great turnout. Next event on 7/25, 6:30p at the same place.
