We need a PCO leader in every precinct to lead the effort to get every supportive voter to vote in August.  Statistically, 98% of the voters who vote in the August Primary Election will follow through and vote in the November General Election.  Conversely, only 64% of voters will turnout in November, if they haven’t voted in the August Primary.
