Dear NCW Democrats and friends,

Thank you to all who volunteered to help make the Nason Creek Rest Area fundraiser a success.  We appreciate the many donations of goods and time.  Your efforts enabled us to raise hundreds of dollars for use in hosting upcoming events and candidate support.  We met many traveling Democrats, registered voters, built our party, and generally had a good time.  And just in case you missed the chance to help, you'll have another opportunity in September!  Please consider volunteering then.

As you know from our recent emails, it’s time to renew our PCO team.  We hope you’re planning to step up to the challenge—as a neighborhood PCO leader or team member.  Please call us if you have questions.  We’re also making calls to many of you.

Concurrently, candidates are busy visiting us at meetings and informal settings.  Take the opportunity to come shake their hands and ask them questions.  They need our support and we surely need them in Olympia and DC.  Filing week will also give us Democrats and progressive candidates to support.
