Dear Democrats and Friends, 

We’re making our favorite potluck dishes and getting excited about firing up the grill.  Hope you’re able to come to the picnic tomorrow!  

So far, there are about 90 RSVPs, but we have lots of room, so come on down.  Please bring a lawn chair and/or blanket, if you have them.  The band will be playing during dinner, so some may want to join them on the lawn outside the shelter to really enjoy their great music.  There’s seating inside the shelter for about 90. 

We’re aiming to have burgers (some veggie, too) and hotdogs coming off the grill starting about 5:00p.  Tables will be set up to hold your potluck dishes.  Power/electricity, potable water and sink are available. 

The shelter is ADA accessible.  Restrooms are nearby.  There’s a beautiful sandy beach close by (no lifeguard), volleyball and tennis courts right across the lawn.
